A1 Passport & Visa, LLC will refund its service fees (not Government or Consular Fees) if there is a mistake made on our part. If you are not satisfied with our services, mail us a written letter detailing the service failure and A1 Passport & Visa, LLC will review your complaint and decide if a refund is warranted. A1 Passport & Visa, LLC reserves the right to grant or deny refunds for its service fees; we also reserve the right to refuse a refund to anyone for any reason.

A1 Passport & Visa, LLC acts only as an expediting agent, only Embassy/Consular officials and U.S. Passport Office agents make the final determination when deciding how fast a visa or passport will be issued and for what period of time (validity) visas can be issued. A1 Passport & Visa, LLC is not and shall not be responsible for the actions or inactions of Embassies, Consulates or the U.S. Passport Agency. Consulates and U.S. Passport Services reserve the right to prioritize the processing according to the departure date provided by the applicant, required additional paperwork, or request to appear in person. This does not happen often, but please be aware that delays can occur on occasion and A1 Passport & Visa, LLC is not responsible for any delays in your travel in such cases. Embassy/consulate officials also have the right to ask for additional documentation in order to issue a passport or visa.

A1 Passport & Visa, LLC accepts no responsibility for the services of the Passport Agency or Embassy/Consulate in connection with the granting of passports or visas, nor for any delays, loss of passports or other materials occasioned by such services or by any delivery services such as FedEx, UPS, or the US Postal Service. Damage compensation is not available.

Processing time for visas and passports quoted by A1 Passport & Visa, LLC are estimates based on our long relationship with foreign embassies and the U.S. passport agency and are deemed reliable in most cases but are not guaranteed. A1 Passport & Visa, LLC is not and shall not be responsible for slower/faster processing times.

You are required to prepay for all services. All consular/government fees are non-refundable once service processing has begun. In the case where a visa or passport application has been canceled or rejected, the service fee will is non refundable. In case a mistake is made on our part in dates/names, please notify us within 3 business days after receipt of your visa/passport for necessary corrections to be made. If your trip has been postponed or dates changed, some consulates permit visa correction for a fee.
