Passports $59.00 - Your passport will be processed in 12-15 days
The following are required to process your request:
- Fill out the DS-11 Form on-line
- Visit your local Post Office or Passport County Clerk’s Office with the required documentation listed below
- Retrieve your sealed envelope and deliver it to an A1 Passport & Visa office and we will handle the rest
** Same day processing requests must be received in our office by 7:30 a.m. **

Please note: All persons traveling must have their own passport, including infants.
To obtain a new passport you will need the following:
- Application for Passport, DS-11 Form
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship
- Proof of Identity
- 2 Passport Photos
- Release Letter from expediting agent
- Travel Itinerary
- Information Sheet
- State Department fee to process the application is $160.00
Passports are valid for 10 years for applicants over the age of 16 years.
To renew an old passport you will need the following:
Passport renewals can be handled in our office, you are not required to visit the post office or county clerk if you are in possession of all required documentation.
To obtain a passport for a child the following are required:
Passports are valid for 5 years for applicants ages 15 years and younger.
** A child consent form will be required if one parent will not be present at the time of application the passport application for a child ages 15 years and younger. The child consent form must be notarized. Children 16 years and older are not required to have a child consent form, however they must present some form of photo identification and one parent must be present when making the application for a passport. **
